Shipping Locations  

We currently deliver orders to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping services are not available.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email containing the order details will be sent to you.  

Delivery Timeline  

Standard delivery usually takes between 3–8 business days, allowing us to deliver your fashion selections efficiently.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be initiated after verification with the courier partner.
